Delivery Information

All units purchased will be shipped from our warehouse within Three (3) working days of payment confirmation. Once you Hyloft unit has been dispatched, we will notify you.

We use Toll Ipec for all our deliveries accross Australia. They deliver door to door.

A person will need to be present to sign for the delivery. As Toll Ipec are unable to provide a delivery time or call ahead, you have the option of the goods being delivered and left without a signature. This needs to be stipulated by you, the purchaser. Neither us or Toll Ipec accept any responsibility ofr goods left without a signature. Should you advise that a person will be present to sign for the delivery and no one is present when delivery occurs, there will be a $30.00 re-delivery fee that is payable prior to the redelivery occuring.

Toll Ipec nor Hyloft Direct accept any liability for lost or damaged articles in transit.
